Compact database.

Go to the target folder, copy Delta file and paste it there itself just in case if we misplace anything.

[Let’s understand this with an example suppose today's date is 08/08/2019]  

1) Menu>upload>delete uploaded data>select from date (very old) 02/JAN/2018>select to date (To date has to be 6 months earlier from today’s date) 31/DEC/2018>delete.  [Skip this step in case]

2) Menu>Database>Monthly data backup>take backup of last 6 months>backup>close. [Change the month>GO>backup>change the month>backup (repeat) until Jan 2019]

3) Menu>database>compact database. Close the form [F10].
