1.Add talkdelta exe and new pac cap to DEP. [Right click on my computer > properties>adv system setting>performance option>setting>data execution prevention>turn on DEP all program>Add talk delta exe & new pac cap].

2.Check in registry (for non leaseline users only) [Run>regedit>current user>software>vb and vba >Delta soft>Live summary portfolio>total>N to Y]

3.Now try opening talk delta exe.
