1. Check if the latest contract and security files are uploaded or not if not then upload and  map the tokens in Menu>Modify portfolio.

2. Check the broadcast settings.

3. Run new pac cap, start capture[C>dll>new pac cap] and check if packets are showing and join in wlisten[C>dll>wlisten>multicast>new>add ip address and port>right click on ip address and join].
