1. This might occur due to increase in  number of portfolios i.e in system setting we enter the number maximum users allowed as 99. 

2. When only portfolio is shown in screen 1 transit to Screen 3 and check the number of portfolio’s if the count is more than 99 than you’ll have to delete some of the portfolios. [Delete some of the portfolios close the form come to screen 1 and check]
